Liaison Services
The Liaison Services Team delivers a range of services to support the research and relevant learning and teaching outcomes of the UOW community.
The Team is active in 3 primary areas of strategic focus.
Academic Outreach
This service fosters close relationships between the Library and the academic community, so the Library can better align its services and the scholarly information it provides to the research and teaching needs of the University.
The Academic Outreach team are available to provide information; organise service delivery; give presentations; attend Faculty meetings; actively seek feedback to better understand issues relating to research, teaching and learning. They are also committed to facilitating a broader understanding of the various aspects of the research life cycle.

Learning and Research Services
This service supports learning, teaching and research through professional and scholarly information delivery supporting the development of graduate qualities in students and high impact research strategies for researchers as well as contributing to the development of the Library collection.

Educational Technology Services
This service is responsible for the creation, coordination and development of a range of the library’s online products that contribute to the learning and research experience at UOW, in addition to the reporting and analysis of bibliometric data and strategic projects as required.
