ISI HighlyCited.com - freely accessible Web site gives uses citation data to identify individuals, departments and laboratories that have influenced the advancement of science and technology in recent decades. It focuses on 21 broad subject areas in sciences, technical, medical and social sciences.
In addition it is possible to select various free content to search along with the ISI content. There appear to be some issues accessing this using EZproxy from on campus.
