Permitted use

For internal or personal research or training

1. view on terminals
2. print data obtained from searches and make limited copies
3. download data obtained from searches

Prohibited use

1. Copying, duplication, redistribution, retransmission, publication, transfer or commercial or other exploitation of the Product(s) in whole or in part , where such acts are contrary to permitted use.
2. Preparation of derivative works or incorporation of the products in whole or in part, in any other work or system.
3. Reverse engineering, decompiling or modification of the products in whole or in part.
4. Uploading, downloading, copying or redistributing the content in their entirety or lengthy sequence.

Remote Access is access provided by Licensee via secured authentication means to those current students, faculty or employees of the Licensee who are not physically present at an Authorized Site.
