Roving help for Library clients Rovers: can help with a range of problems you may have while working on computers in the Library - simply ask for help have strong IT and client service skills will refer you to another staff member if they are unable to help How do you find a Rover? Keep an eye out for a Rover wearing the maroon 'here to help' t-shirt. They are "roving" all three floors of the Library. OR Ask at the Information or Research Help Desks to have a Rover paged.
