Roving help for Library clients

Rovers can help with a range of problems you may have while working on computers in the Library - simply ask for help
Rovers have strong IT and client service skills
Rovers will refer you to another staff member if they are unable to help

How do you find a Rover?

Keep an eye out for a Rover wearing the 'Here to help' t-shirt. They are "roving" all three floors of the Library.
Ask at the Information or Research Help Desks to have a Rover paged. Remember to supply your computer terminal number so the Rover can find you.
