Printing multiple pages on one sheet

• Adobe Acrobat files (PDFs)
• PowerPoint slides (PPT files)
• Other programs (e.g. Microsoft Word, Web browsers)

PDFs

To print multiple PDF pages on one sheet:

Click the Print button on the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, NOT the print button on the browser toolbar or the file menu

Click Properties'

Click 'OK'

Select the number of pages required from the ‘Pages per sheet input box

Click 'OK' when prompted

PowerPoint slides

To print multiple PowerPoint slides on one sheet:

Click on 'File' and then select 'Print...'

Select 'Handouts' from the 'Print what:' drop-down menu

Select the desired number of slides per page

Click 'OK'

Other programs

To print multiple pages on one sheet:

Click on 'File' and then select 'Print...'

Select the desired number of pages per sheet from the drop down menu

Click 'OK'
