Connecting to Library printers using Windows XP SP2
- From the Start menu, open Printers and Faxes
- Select Add a Printer
- In the Add a Printer Wizard, click Next, select A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer and click Next
- In Specify a Printer, select Connect to the printer (or to browse for a printer….). In the Name box enter \\130.130.51.5\
- A dropdown menu will appear listing all the available printers. Select the one you wish to use from the list, and click Next. Answer Yes to install the printer driver. Answer Yes or No to the question about setting the new printer as your default printer.
- Click Finish to end the Add Printer Wizard.
