Required readings Access information and required course content. Search our Catalogue, find Subject Readings, Short Loans, LibGuides, journals and databases. All the information you need as detailed in your subject guides.

Student ID cardYour student ID card is used for borrowing, printing, scanning & copying, and accessing equipment available from the Short Loans service desk.

Help yourself UOW Library is designed with you in mind. Help yourself to online tutorials, locating resources, borrowing items, self loans, booking a room, and printing, scanning & copying. We are always on hand to assist if you need us.

StartSmart StartSmart is a tutorial and compulsory* quiz designed to help you with completing your assignments and avoiding plagiarism.

* Compulsory for undergraduate students and highly recommended for postgraduate students new to UOW.

Technology Use the computers in the Library & in student labs or bring your own device and connect to the Wi-Fi.

A variety of equipment is available to borrow from the Short Loans Service Desk, including laptops and headphones.

WebPrint allows you to print from your personal computer via the UOW Wi-Fi and power outlets are available throughout to keep your equipment charged. There is even a battery charge bar for all popular mobile devices.
