Start Smart Audio Tour

Walk around the Library at your own pace while hearing about Library services and resources. We recommend you take this more ‘hands-on’ approach to finding out where everything is and how we can help you.

StartSmart - Essential Academic Information Skills

Complete StartSmart – Essential Academic Information Skills, an online program and compulsory* quiz, which will assist you with completing assignments and avoiding plagiarism.

The course covers:

  • What your lecturers expect
  • Finding books
  • Finding journal articles
  • Academic integrity

Complete the program and quiz before your first assignment!

* StartSmart – Essential Academic Information Skills is compulsory for all undergraduate students who haven’t previously completed ILIP (Independent Learners Introductory Program). New postgraduate students who have not previously studied at the University of Wollongong are strongly encouraged to complete the online program: StartSmart – Essential Academic Information Skills.
