Originator's family name, Initial(s) year, Title, map, scale, Series, sheet number, Publisher, Place of Publication, 'Cited location title', coordinates.
Notes:
- Originator can be the cartographer, surveyor, or compiler
- Include Series and/or sheet number only if applicable
- Include Cited location title and coordinates only if citing a specific location on the map
